Don Appleton

Don Appleton
President and COO

Don is responsible for directing all operational, sales, and administrative functions.

As company President, Don's over-arching goal is to establish, execute, and communicate the company's vision of providing excellent products and services to its customers which meet or exceed their requirements and expectations.

Previously, Don held a number of technical, marketing, management and general management positions within the company before becoming President in 1998.

Don earned an Engineering degree from Lafayette College and held technology positions with GE and EDS prior to joining Pentamation.

Jack Stork

Customer Services

As Senior Vice President of Customer Services, Jack’s current overall responsibilities include engineering, custom programming, product enhancements, maintenance releases, implementation and support for our products.

Jack’s primary objective is to ensure SunGard Pentamation’s Student and Financial products can be referenced, supported and viable.  Jack Stork has held various technical and management positions within the company.

Jack attended Allentown Electronics Training Center where he studied electronics and continued his education while serving in the United States Air Force where he became a Technical Instructor himself.

Keith Gingrich

Vice President/
Customer Services

As Vice President of Customer Services, Keith’s staff is responsible for application software enhancements, state reporting capabilities, integration testing, technical writing, implementation consultants and technical support for the Financial and Student Administrative software products.

Keith’s objective is to provide excellent customer service value and a partnership approach to customer relationships.

Keith has held positions of customer service representative, application software trainer, project manager, implementation manager, customer support manager, and customer service group manager within the company. Keith attended Lebanon PA Technical School and completed various management training courses from Penn State University and Northampton Community College.

Dave Madea

Dave Madea
Vice President and CFO

David oversees all Accounting and Human Resources activities within SunGard Pentamation.

In Accounting, David’s primary goal is to ensure the company’s books and receipts are in accordance with GAAP and SunGard’s specific financial policies.  In Human Resources, David’s primary objective is to attract and retain qualified employees and provide career development opportunities for long term growth and advancement.

Previously, David held various accounting positions within Pentamation prior to his current position as Vice President-Finance.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Muhlenberg College, and his MBA from Moravian College.  Prior to joining Pentamation, David was employed as an accountant at Lehigh Valley Farms, and Bethlehem Steel Corporation.

George Pepper

George Pepper
Sr. Vice President/
Technology

George is accountable for all new product development at SunGard Pentamation and also oversees our Application Service Provider operation. 

George’s primary goal is to ensure that SunGard Pentamation and its’ products continue to take advantage of new technologies.

Previously, George held a variety of positions with SunGard Pentamation in systems design and development, implementation, training, and customer service.   George earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Edinboro University, and completed post graduate course work in Computer Science at Moravian College. 

Bronne Bruzgo

Vice President/
Sales and Marketing

Bronne currently oversees all marketing and sales activities as well as the annual National Client Conference for SunGard Pentamation.

In Sales and Marketing, Bronne’s goal is to be sure that there is a good fit between the prospective customer’s needs and our products.

Bronne began his career with Pentamation as a sales trainee in 1980 focused on providing system management software solutions for IBM mainframe systems.  In 1985, that division of Pentamation was sold to Computer Associates where he advanced to Senior Vice President of Sales and then rejoined Pentamation in 1992.  Bronne earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management at Moravian College located in Bethlehem, PA.
